Affirmative consent, captured
Before anyone signs, they affirmatively consent to use electronic signatures. That consent is stored as a first-class, audited event with its own timestamp and IP — the ESIGN/UETA requirement, not a buried checkbox.
Drag fields onto a PDF, send it, sign it, done. E-signature lives inside every seat — no separate signing vendor, no per-envelope surcharge — and every signature is backed by an offline-verifiable audit certificate that feeds the Brain.
Most teams ration signatures because a separate DocuSign-style vendor charges per envelope on top of their core software. Plantel builds e-signature into the seat you already have — send contracts, offers and approvals without bolting on another tool or watching a per-signature counter.
Upload a PDF, pick recipients from your team or any external email, and place fields. Smart auto-placement reads the document — anchor text and signature-line detection drop fields where they belong, so a clean contract is ready to send in about two minutes.
Recipients click the link in their email and sign on a mobile-first page — no account, no app, no password. A guided AutoNav walks them field by field, and a draw / type / upload signature pad adopts their signature in seconds. The link itself is the authorization, re-validated on the server at every step.
Route an envelope however the agreement actually works: one signer after another, everyone at once, or ordered groups that run parallel inside a group and sequential across groups. Approvers, CC recipients, decline-with-reason and sender void are all first-class — nothing falls through.
Each completed signature produces an audit certificate — IP address, timestamp, signer identity, and a hash that locks the exact bytes recorded at completion together with the field values each signer submitted. The whole record is chained, append-only, recorded to your signed audit trail and indexed by the Brain.
Drop a completed PDF onto the public verification page. It recomputes the file hash, replays the chained event log from the record, and returns a plain GREEN or RED verdict — naming exactly which check passed or failed. Anyone can confirm the document is byte-identical to what was recorded at completion, with no server trust required.
Plantel Signature is a simple electronic signature platform. We tell you exactly what the record proves and exactly what it does not.
Before anyone signs, they affirmatively consent to use electronic signatures. That consent is stored as a first-class, audited event with its own timestamp and IP — the ESIGN/UETA requirement, not a buried checkbox.
Completed agreements are retained for 7 years by default — the legal best practice for signed documents — with a per-organization retention policy that can override it.
On completion, every party — signers and CC recipients — receives the completed PDF with its certificate of completion appended, and the sender gets a copy in Plantel Drive.
This is a simple electronic signature level platform. The integrity record proves byte-identity to the recorded artifact, an intact event chain, and the field values each signer submitted — it does not claim a qualified (eIDAS QES) or advanced-PKI signature.
Built-in, audit-certified e-signature — included with every seat, no per-envelope bill.
